Hi I want to give a special thank you to jones plumbing heating &ac called them no ac and waiting on a lung transplant Chris came right out and got the ac working again thank you .
I got home yesterday around 3 and noticed our upstairs was warm. I called Jones Plumbing and Chris came out within the hour and had our unit fixed in under 5 minutes! It was the best service we’ve ever had! So thankful to have fast & reliable service in our small town!

They were very good about my plumbing and working with me while I was hospitalized. I recommend!
This place charged me 2 service calls, 2.5 hours of labor, and made me pay for a part that didn't fix my furnace at all and then couldn't provide a quote to replace it when temps were in the single digits. Called another place and they had me a quote in 5 minutes and a new unit the next day. I've literally never had worse customer service
