I would rather pay to see them rather have my insurance tell me where to go and it be no cost to me. Special thanks to Jade, who spent hours upon hours with my insurance to get my physical treatment straight after a hip replacement. I had a very serious running injury June 2019 and finally decided it was time for surgery (February 21,2020). Dr. Charles Caplis gave me the go ahead to start therapy eight weeks later. He recommended to me to go to Jones Physical Therapy. Because I do not like change, I was very hesitant to try another PT. But going on Dr. Caplis' recommendation I made the appointment and went.
