We have been customers of Jones Pest Control for approximately 11 years from when our residence was constructed. To be clear, we have no issues with the quarterly treatment we have been getting from the technician, Dean. The treatments are very effective and insects in and around the house are not a problem. The issue we have is with the scheduling. Today, January 7, 2022, an appointment had been made for 12 noon to have the 10-year termite treatment done. Had my fence extended and repaired... I tried my best to be understanding and lenient... overlooked things like the workers sitting in my new lawn furniture and constantly leaving trash in my yard after every workday, all in hopes of my fence being perfect.... it's far from perfect, every where I look there's an opening under my fence, even after constantly contacting the business, they accepted no real responsibility and simply tried to cover up the careless and sloppy work by packing dirt in front of the openings, that hav... read more
