Pleasant Experience Called dispatch Monday morning. Appointment scheduled for Tuesday 9 - 11. Repair completed by 10:15 a.m. Technicians were friendly, seemed competent, used quality tools. New windshield looks great. They offered free future rock chip repair, left a spray can of window cleaner. I would recommend these guys to family or friends.
Always Great Service! I use the glass department all the time. they are very competent and fast. They can also replace screens and do any custom work necessary usually on the same day. I feel their prices are reasonable for the work performed and they will be their to service me in the future as well as stand behind their work.
Excellent Service Mike and Garrett installed 2 storm doors today and did an excellent job! Very qualified and kind. Even installed a peephole for free!
Excellent service I called Jones paint and glass on a recommendation of a co-worker to get a price to replace the windshield in my 2010 GMC Truck. The price I received wasn't the cheapest, but I chose to go with Jones anyway because of my friends experience. I could have saved $10 by going with safelite, but feel I got what I paid for, and would recommend Jones for auto glass. Service and quality are far more important to me than price in most cases. -Jason B.
beware! I had them come to my house to change the windshield in my van. when the installer got here, he informed me there was a mistake and they had it as a pickup truck. when he called his manager to reschedule, the manager became very rude and unprofessional. He said that the windshield I needed was $10.00 more and would not budge because I told him it was a truck. Like I dont even know what kind of vehicle I own! I would never call them again for anything!
Russ Jensen When you hear the CRASH think of Jones Paint and Glass... is what went through my mind when my windshield was broken while in I-15 yesterday. Jones was most helpful and showing me the importance of a correctly installed windshield, their price was competitive and their people were friendly. Jones has been around, and they will treat you good.
