They can be good people to deal with at times, unless they get behind and put you on the back burner and treat you like you're not as important as their commercial accounts.
Kept my vechicle all day. Called me in the afternoon said they got behind and couldn't fix it till the next day. I went and got it and I didn't take it back.
I was told a a/c check was 59.95 and when I went to pick up my car they insisted the charge was 76.13 and was very rude about it. I have been there many times, but will NOT go back again.
Good service, gets people right in and out. Good tire place for repair or replacement.
I'm glad to know there are still honest and dependable people in the business world who treat you right! I was told by my dealership that my brakes needed immediate attention, (even though there were no apparent signs) so I, of course, went to Jones (somebody I know I can trust). Turned out I don't need brakes yet. These guys could have put them on and taken my money, but they were HONEST!!! Guess who WILL be putting brakes on my van when I DO need them? I highly recommend Jones to anybody!!! Thank you Jones Boys!!!
I will be coming back! Great service! I bought my tires from here for an okay price and they installed, balanced and put them on my car for free!
