Dr. Jones, an oculoplastic surgeon, did an extraordinary reconstruction of my husband’s face in 2018. I am not surprised at all by the many wonderful, positive comments others have shared. So I will say that Dr Jones is an amazing Dr. would have procedures done by him. However his bill office and admin folks need to be watched. They did not ensure that medicare supplemental ins was given a heads up for prior authorization, therefore UHC denied. Tricare is our secondary and they said it was not their responsibility to file with Tricare, even though they took all of my husbands info and said they would. After calling billing at least 3 times they said it was not their responsibility to file with tricare. So I fi... read more
Dr. Jones is fantastic, he explains the procedure so anyone could understand. He is very caring and checks on patients personally.
Dr Jones fixed my ptosis with perfection and symmetry. You can trust him completely to be precise and efficient. Love the entire staff and I have nothing but great things to say!!
Dr Jones fixed my droopy eyelids and did a great job. I had no black and blue bruising! I had a little swelling but no pain. The staff at his office was exceptional as well as the staff at the surgery center. I have never seen a surgery center run so well. They had a full staff of wonderful nurses and my procedure went ahead of schedule which was good!
