Surgery two weeks ago, followup today. Dr. explained my condition well and performed surgery very well. Healing and progress experiencing as Dr. started. Very pleased and recommend Jones Oculofacial Plastics.

Updating this to add that Dr. Jones performed surgery on my seven year old daughter as well. I anticipated a black eye, bruising, and a scar that we would try to hide in her eyebrow. There was no bruising, almost no swelling, no black eye at all, and even her grandmothers could not locate the scar without someone showing them where it was. He took excellent care and Dr. Jones and the surgery staff made sure she was as comfortable as possible before, during, and after the procedure. Very grateful for his work!! Dr. Jones, an oculoplastic surgeon, did an extraordinary reconstruction of my husband’s face in 2018. I am not surprised at all by the many wonderful, positive comments others have shared. So I will say that Dr Jones is an amazing Dr. would have procedures done by him. However his bill office and admin folks need to be watched. They did not ensure that medicare supplemental ins was given a heads up for prior authorization, therefore UHC denied. Tricare is our secondary and they said it was not their responsibility to file with Tricare, even though they took all of my husbands info and said they would. After calling billing at least 3 times they said it was not their responsibility to file with tricare. So I fi... read more
