Not happy with the way the doctor addresses me via her notes and the way she asks her team to pass messages along to me. I was told to “plan appropriately” for my prescription refill because I requested it the stated 48 hours in advance of when I needed it, only to be told in clarification the day I was out of pills that it was 48 business hours. Not just 48 hours. As someone who plans their whole life around pills and chronic illness, this comment was insensitive and unnecessary. Could’ve been handled completely differently... read more
I cannot recommend a better Dr. than Dr. Nicole Jones. She listens, understands and cares more than any doctor I've met with (i first became her patient in 2014). I could go on for days. She truly cares
