Brady Musgrave is the most negligent, inept, unethical lawyer I've ever had. He never reviews evidence for your defense, and prides himself on forcing people into pleas which violates their civil rights. My defense was never researched, no case investigation, and he ignored evidence no intent, then lost the confidential information! I was never given discovery til I filed myself through the court, then it was only partial. I had to file every motion motion myself, then I fired him over 15 times, he still wouldn't withdraw. Back in 2004/2005, I got into some felony trouble in Springfield, and Brady Musgrave was appointed as my public defender, and to this day I have yet to see in real life, a lawyer that can put in work defending his client like Brady. In Saint Joe the town I'm from. The defense always waives the preliminary hearing, I now know they do that because of a corrupt system that Saint joe has.
