RecommendedI really recommend this service they were fast and installing my washer and dryer. They knew what they were doing... and were Pleasant and had Great customer service.
Had my first contact with the Harlingen office this am. My order has been sitting there I had to track it and call them.They never called me that the order was rece3ived by them. The two girls I spoke to on the phone very uncoperative and rude. they try to tell me I am at their mercy to accept the order. They will contact me when they have a delivery date.

This company ignored my specific instructions to NOT drop off several thousand lbs of equipment on the curb, bur rather to bring it to the university's receiving department (who have things like forklifts and pallet jacks). Also, a PHONE CALL about the ignored deliver to give us a heads-up would be appreciated, as nobody working at the place it was left has forklifts or pallet jacks. This was literally several tons of equipment left to students and teachers to move by hand.
Gino and Lupe did an awesome job with my appliance delivery. They explained how it all works and they did their best to carefully install everything without any damages. They were both very courteous and friendly.
