This just one pic of what this company did to my stuff This is a C&B queen mattress the tore it and dragged it and the foundation across the bottom of the truck so now it filthy. They broke furniture and I am still missing stuff. Owner Mike said 5 to 6 hrs. 3 men and truck $175.00 hr. total was $2200.00 The showed up high on drugs and one man had hand in a cast I have been asking for relief for 2 months now and nothing. Our experience with Jones was outstanding! We needed last minute help unloading a truck that we drove to Indy and not only were they able to fit us in but were on time, friendly, and best of all worked so hard to get the truck unloaded as fast as possible. We so appreciated everything especially the reasonable pricing! Will definitely recommend and use again! Thank you!
The guys showed up on time, hustled all day, worked hard to make sure it only took one trip, and were very polite. I would use Jones moving again in the future. Price was very reasonable compared to others.
