We called several companies for quotes on installing central AC in our home. Jones Mechanical came in about $100 under everyone, so we gave the job to them. Jeff Jones was very accommodating with our schedule needs, and could not have been nicer and more pleasant while he and his assistant were working at our home. He explained everything as they went. They came out in the fall to check my furnace and told me a part needed to be replaced. When I called them to see if they would get the part they never called back. Since that time I have called several times and left a message but after six weeks of no reply I am looking for someone else. This complaint is none responsive and very expensive

I was out of town when my furnace stopped working. Mr Jones got to my place promptly, and repaired my furnace problems before the inside temperature dropped too low.
