I had a very pleasant experience with Jones mechanical the technicians knew their stuff and the installation was seamless for the most part. Very pleased
they are not a good co. to deal with i had them come out look at mt ac they said 1600 to repair . i called back the next day told them to order part they said they call me that same day never heard back from them for a week i had to call them back then they said they did they said they said did call me back they lied to me.... never use this pepole !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great service and Drew was so conscientious in getting things done right and in a timely manner.
We had a great young man that went to get the part while the city worker looked for the shut off valve outside for the water. They came right away when we called them & he was courteous & got the inside shut off valve replaced in no time. We will be calling them again. The price was very good.
