Jones Mechanical did an AC preseason check today and the service person, Chase was professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and I appreciate the seasonal maintenance.
Technician was very professional, diagnosed the issue quick and got it resolved.
Quick to return my call and same day service. The tech (Casey?) was very nice and didn't try to upsell me or talk down to me as I have had from other services in the past. He was very quick in repairing our unit and gave me some great info on what to look for if I have future issues
