We had a strer cut up and packaged at jones meat. We paid high dollar for the steer we had raised. Also a lot on processing.. I was listening to the directions my wife gave them about the cuts we wanted. After loading the meat into the freezer we realized how screwed we got. Mostly hamburger, stew meat and some tough nasty steaks. Not one rump roast, tenderloin, ribs, nothing.
