I would give 0 stars if I could. She can’t see. She’s blind in one eye and tries to hide it. She does not care about any one but herself. Very greedy! Wouldn’t trust her opinion.
Worst dental experience ever. Would never recommend or go back to this office. Totally unprofessional. Where is the old staff from a year ago?

Had a great experience staff was very professional as was Dr Jones will refer family and friends to her practice proud to see such a diverse,respectable, and honest staff.
Very good Dentistry
Staff is very rude. Dentist very friendly. Problem came up when I received letter stating withdrawing me as patient due to three no shows I never made an appointment so I never had a no show. Secretary hung up on me saying they could not be wrong I never made not one appointment that I didn't show up for. Rude lady named Sue refused to remedy. She must be responsible for the mix up.Now I don't and will not give my money to this business
They are ok to me
Took my insurance money for ex-rays that were unusable by Eastman Dental referral. Ex-rays were dull, very poor quality on cheap copy paper. "Ex-rays" had no value for treatment with another dentist because details needed were absent. Was told by Eastman Dental they have never seen anything of this nature. Once you walk in the office, you get the idea practice is like a revolving door assembly line for low income patients who are referred by MVP insurance.
