If I could rate 0 stars I would. House was filthy after they said it would be cleaned before move in, maintenance issues galore, and untimely responses from landlords resulting in less-than-liveable conditions. Just. Terrible. Just terrible.

Set up a viewing for today, 5/24 on Wednesday, 5/22. I drove almost 90 miles round trip to view this place. I liked it, drove home to apply and the listing was taken down. Apparently after texting them, someone already applied and paid the deposit. They couldn't be bothered to tell me this, no apology, nothing. Reading other reviews, looked like I dodged a bullet.

Found a house we liked and paid down a full security deposit along with a pro rated month's rent prior to seeing the lease. We reviewed the lease and checked the property reviews (should have done that first, jumped without looking) and in less than 12 hours decided against the property. We signed no lease paperwork and when we requested a refund we were met with hostility, refusal, and threats. They have currently blocked my wife's number and are refusing any further contact. They took our money, gave us nothing, and ran.

Lived here for a month. Half electric has been stripped which wasn't like that before I moved in. Apparently the water bill is 2 months behind even though I haven't lived here long enough. No one to contact about anything other than texting. The furnace was also broken day 1 of moving in. Other properties I have looked at for this company has lots of broken windows. Don't accept lease from this company unless you HAVE no choice.
