Was left in the waiting room for over an hour. I went to look for someone to see if they had forgotten that I was in a waiting room & was told that the Dr was in the restroom and would be right in. I waited another 20 minutes after that. Now I was told that there were 2 more patients ahead of me. I had an appointment and taken time from work. Tech made a rude comment that I should be use to waiting because of who my Primary Dr is. Overall staff was clueless. Tech had trouble taking my pulse.
