Went into this to research engagement rings. From the moment I stepped in I was given unpleasant look from the Sales-Woman behind the counter. She never asked what I was in the store for, instead she just greeted me without asking me why I was in the store, she instead helped the person who came in 2 minutes after myself. I patiently stood for about 10-15 minutes never again being acknowledged before I decided to leave.

I can't stand this place. There is one young employee who is very sweet but that's it. The ring I bought from there broke TWICE in LESS THAN TWO MONTHS & they made me pay half as much as the ring cost to fix it the first time! I am absolutely going to file a formal complaint this time. The manager was so rude to me!! She provides the worst customer service ever. Terrible quality and terrible service. I would never recommend them.

I've been knowing this family business since it began. They have some of the most high end diamond jewelry in the area. Mr. Jones runs this business with dignity and in trustworthy.

The Director of merchandising of King's Jewelry, Cranberry Shops 20215 Route 19 Cranberry Twp. PA is the most disrespectful, rude, condescending and patronizing JERK that I ever had the displeasure to speak with!!! He should be fired and find another job where he does not have to deal with the public!!! Stay away from that location!!!!
