Funny how people say they get a response from this business because we tried contacting Jeff multiple times without any response. Our rates went up and no explanation or care from him. I am absolutely annoyed at the customer service. We cancelled our policies because it's like pulling teeth to get basic information. We do not know insurance, therefore, we need things explained to us. That hasn't happened.
