I was very pleased with Jones and Horton’s work. I give them 5 out of 5 stars. Mr. Jones worked on three of my appliances. Each visit he correctly diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it. I will use them in the future. Also I will recommend to family and friends.

Moses correctly diagnosed and repaired our appliances the first time after 3 other repair places failed. He knew which part to replace and the other places replaced the wrong part (motherboard in our oven) twice when Moses knew to replace the fan. That fixed the problem.

I requested their service to check my refrigerator since it stop cooling at the fridge part but freezer was working perfectly. After 2 months and 2 part orders by this company, 3 home visits and $400.00 later my fridge was never fixed but them and left me hanging with no info or solutions. They were very unprofessional as I never received any calls or any info related to the parts order by them (parts that were never needed), or reimbursement offered by the technician!!!
