Had an awesome experience buying my Honda Pilot. Jason Ness helped make sure that it was the SUV that I wanted, went over the car in detail, went over numbers with me, explained how the warranty worked for the certified pre owned. He was professional and just all around knowledgeable and made the whole process go smooth.
I took my car in to get looked at around 7:30am. One of the first few people there. Left to go to class around 8:30 am, and Was told my veh would be ready by 12pm. Arrived back to dealership and my veh was never looked at. There was people in the waiting room who arrived well after me who veh was serviced and about her way after me. Another employee even asked me how was I still there from 730am. Also I received my veh back and not I no longer have heat in my veh and I am getting a sign that veh is now over heating.
