We live in a world where it is hard to trust people, but I trust Jones Auto completely!! I have taken my car several times and figured it was something huge, but it wasn't and they fixed it easily without it costing an arm and a leg. I have needed new brakes, an axle shaft, a front strut replaced but that is all I've needed since I bought it in 2015. I initially left a positive review, but unfortunately my experience changed shortly after the repairs. I paid for extensive A/C work, including a new compressor, refrigerant, leak detection, and related labor. However, after driving about 50 miles, the A/C stopped blowing cold again. Given the scope of the repairs and the cost, I expected the issue to be fully resolved. The invoice notes concerns with leaks and pressure cycling, so I am disappointed that the problem returned so quickly.
They are the best vehicle service and repair shop I have ever experienced. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. They are so awesome that there are times when you have to schedule an appointment because they will NOT rip you off and everyone goes to them. So I highly recommend this place. Brant and the team will take care of your issues or find someone who can depending on the problem.
I had new motor mounts put on my ford focus today & they did a wonderful job. My car sounds like a new car & it’s a 2009. Jones home & auto always does great work.
