Always fast and very helpful. This is my go to place for any Breakdown needs.
I had to stop by cause the air dam came loose and after calling several places nearby, Jones Home and Auto was able to fit me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. Everyone was super nice and after the fix, I made it to my destination safely.
I've had great experiences at this mechanic shop. Reasonable prices and honest workers. I needed a splash guard replaced under my car, and they brought me to my car and showed me why I need the specific covers (one was to protect a belt that was exposed). Usually other places will just tell you why and you'll have to trust their word. This place gave me a reason to trust their word. I will continue coming back here.
**UPDATE 8/19/26 the vehicle does need fuel injection replacement part exactly what the AutoZone people told me in the first place. **8/12/26 Response how is my car the same as when I took it in hopefully my engine is not messed up now I have to come up with the money to get another tow and you did not place my battery because I had warranty from Sam's Club. 8/11/26 Mom of 3 here trying to find an honest mechanic.
