I initially left a positive review, but unfortunately my experience changed shortly after the repairs. I paid for extensive A/C work, including a new compressor, refrigerant, leak detection, and related labor. However, after driving about 50 miles, the A/C stopped blowing cold again. Given the scope of the repairs and the cost, I expected the issue to be fully resolved. The invoice notes concerns with leaks and pressure cycling, so I am disappointed that the problem returned so quickly.
They are the best vehicle service and repair shop I have ever experienced. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. They are so awesome that there are times when you have to schedule an appointment because they will NOT rip you off and everyone goes to them. So I highly recommend this place. Brant and the team will take care of your issues or find someone who can depending on the problem.
I had new motor mounts put on my ford focus today & they did a wonderful job. My car sounds like a new car & it’s a 2009. Jones home & auto always does great work.
First review was 3 years ago--》Everytime we needed a car repair, or even car repair advice, this place has come through! I have dealt with business for over ten years. This place and the people who work here are the best! ---》now here we are in Nov 2025 and Jones Home and Auto are still the best!!!! Honest, responsive, professional and incredibly capable. Frankly they are the best garage, auto repair shop we have ever had!!! They are amazing!!!!
Jones Auto Repair did an excellent job fixing my A/C and water pump. They were honest, fast, and kept me updated throughout the process. My truck runs perfectly now, and the pricing was fair. I truly appreciate their professionalism and quality work. Highly recommend!
