I love the customer service focus of this company and the friendly, knowledgeable service personnel who maintain my furnace annually and respond to calls throughout the year if I have any questions or concerns. They are always available to answer my questions and follow up. Outstanding service!

We had an emergency situation without any heat in freezing cold temperatures. I called multiple technicians but Chris was the only HVAC company that could come quickly. The technician was professional and courteous and fixed our condensate pump and explained everything. We will use their services in the future for our HVAC system for sure.

Our technician was actually early which was great for us. They communicated frequently through email text and phone calls to let us know when they would be here. He also helped us find a way to take care of our drain problem that didn’t cost us anything extra. Very courteous very clean and on time and budget. We highly recommend Jones Heating and Cooling .

When I called Jones Heating and Cooling I had pots on my floor collecting the water dripping from my ceiling and expected the worst. Technician was very intelligent, very knowledgeable, and very professional. He was able to correct the problems. He corrected all them in the connected home as well and we are all pleased as possible. We will definitely be contacting Jones Heating and Cooling for regular maintenance from now on.

Chris was passionate, kindly, efficient and confident about his company's ability to deliver an excellent product with excellent workmanship. He provided a number of different options for a system for the whole house and immediately gave me a quote. If I decide to move forward with the project I will absolutely hire Jones Heating and Cooling. 5 stars all the way.
