My experiences with Jones Heating & Air Conditioning have been markedly different from those of some others. They've always done great work for me, arrived when they were scheduled to and worked efficiently and carefully. Whenever I call for help they are very polite and helpful. I'm very happy with Jones Heating & Air Conditioning have been using them for over 25 years.

Honestly, Jones Heating does not rate even one star. Chose them because of their years of expericence....found out that did not matter. The installers cared absolutely nothing about the quality of their work. They were very good in hiding mistakes and doing the installation work in a way that was convenient for them; they had absolutely no common sense. During the install the Owner saw what poor quality of work his installers were doing (and told them so), but even that didn't seem to matter to anyone, including the Owner.
