Soy empleado de jones heartz por 24 años y pertenezco a el área de warehouse donde cargamos los camiones de la compañía y descargamos a los camiones que nos llevan material. Recibimos alrededor de 15 camiones diarios y no se puede descargar a todos al mismo tiempo por eso es la espera y cuando tenemos problemas con un conductor es por la mala actitud del mismo, creo que tenemos que trabajar en equipo por el buen servicio para todos.
They don't treat drivers with respect. Especially the forklift drivers. They don't give you a safe place to unstrap and take off and fold tarps. You have to do it in a busy street. Then they expect you to help them unload their materials because their forklift drivers are too high and mighty to get off of their forklifts. Will not be coming here again. Unless they fix policies and are mutually respectful to drivers as well as their employees.
