The experience with the doctor was great. The incompetency of the staff is surreal . The doctor needs teach "some" of his staff the meaning of client service because it sucks. I have a toddler who needs medication and 1 young lady gave me serious attitude. A prescription that was needed weeks ago. Thumbs down, teach your staff the value of follow through and extra mile for happy clientele.
Dr. Larry T. Jones has been my kids doctor the oldest one is 27 now and the second one 23 they both went to him up to 21 years of age and now he sees my grandson. Excellent docotor takes time to explain everything make Sure you leave the office knowing what to do and understanding everything. Love the fact that he is the only doctor not different docotors that don't even know your kid. Your kids bond with him. When you call after hours he responds immediately. He is very thorough with exams
Dr. Jones has been my grandchildren doctor since the oldest was born 22 years ago. Now he is my great grandchildren doctor. I have recommended him to a few friends and family members through the years.
Dr. Jones is a very patient and considerate doctor. He takes his time in explaining what he is doing when he is doing the exam. If there are issues then he informs us of what he is recommending and what we as parents needs to do at home to make things better. I like that when you call the office that it does not take long for him to respond back!
