Horrible service due to the disrespect of the new front desk lady...I do not recommend this place AT ALL. She has a LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM for a job in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although the kind gentleman who I didn’t catch his name, is amazing. He works in the back, but came to apologize for the women’s actions. I give HIM nothing but respect.
RecommendedBest experience ever. Toni and Marco are amazing they took care of me every step of the way and were my advocate with the insurance company. Ya’ll did an amazing job on my Rogue making it look brand new. Definitely recommend this place for anyone needing body work done. Thanks again to everyone at Jones & Hadley.
Taking way too long on my car. Nearly 3 months for only body damage. They keep pushing back a week or two when it's "supposed" to be done.
