The 30,000 mile service! It took a little over a day but I got a loaner car because I live outside of Wickenburg. Chris the service rep was fantastic in explaining the work that needed to be done and the pricing. When I picked up the truck after service was done, he went over what they did and additional items that they did. I got in to ride home and it was like I just bought a new truck. I called Chris later and let him know how pleased I was ! Highly recommend this dealer! The peace of mind is everything!
I was able to purchase a very low mile trade in from Jones below wholesale pricing! I worked with Chuck who is a very honest seasoned professional and the experience was wonderful. No pressure and complete transparency throughout the entire process. This is obviously a small-town feel kind of place you can do business and not feel like you are getting high grossed at a huge dealership. Tim was excellent on the finance side as well and I would definitely purchase another new or used vehicle from Jones Wickenburg!
In a Nutshell: I drove from my house in Glendale, AZ to Jones Ford in Wickenburg, AZ (about an hour and 10 minutes) to visit a friend. I had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle. Great experience with the guys at Jones Ford. I grabbed a smoking deal on a 1985 Chevy Corvette yesterday. All the sales guy were awesome. See Tim Kinzer or Chris if you go for a car or truck. Watch out for that Matt guy LOL! Seriously a great and easy car buying experience.
