I had a great sales experience at Jones Ford. I was an out of state client and Tim Kinzer did a great job as my sales agent. We negotiated a trade over the phone and once there, the sales process went very quickly. I was delayed by traffic getting there but they were very patient with the process.
Chris Yates made my purchase at Jones Ford so simple and stress free, gave me my choices and had the Financingg and vehicle ready in 24 hrs. I had an extremely frustrating and concerning experience with Jones Ford while attempting to have my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee diagnosed and repaired. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent with Jamal, Hayden and Carlos.
