Great communication from Rimmei. The texting of pictures and video a great way to see the work being done and needed.
My experience with Tim Kinzer and Jones Ford was excellent. I called about a truck on Monday, made an appointment for Tuesday morning and purchased the truck, including making a deal for my trade, in 2 hours, start to finish. No high pressure, no games, and easy to work with! Thank you Tim!
As always great service. And friendly and professional staff. Everything is explained and easy to understand. Clean and pleasant waiting room with plenty on snacks and beverages.
