Bought a used f250 with high mileage as mechanics special due to mileage. Signed to have a few repairs made before taking delivery. Truck ended up back in their shop 3 times to finally fix the agreed upon repairs. Once fixed, the techs improperly installed the window track and tried selling me a new window track. I had the window track ordered and replaced elsewhere just to find out they improperly installed it which was causing issues. They also damaged my window deflectors and promised to replace them. I have taken both my vehicles to you for normal oil change and general maintenance, however this is the first time I was extremely disappointed with the plan rip off that was attempted by your service department at quick lube. You attempted to charge me over $200 for an oil change that is an insult to my intelligence. I have over 28 years of automotive experience. If you are going to tell a customer that the oil your vehicle needs is expensive ( it’s not) then let them know before to charge them. It’s called common courtesy
