I hope I don't have to go there again.mechanic was incompetent that worked on my car.took forever for it to get fixed.
I believe they took advantage of me when my vehicle needed repairs while out of town in their area. I was overcharged for the 10 minutes it took to actually do the repair and charged $10 for "shop supplies". When I complained the next day, the service manager was rude and unpleasant and told me that shop supplies was a fee for disposing of hazardous waste. Since I left with the original part they replaced I can't imagine there was any disposal fee associated with my repair. All in all, I think they are predatory and unethica... read more
