Excellent Service. Service men picked up and delivered my car on 7/2/2025 very nice and professional. Service Advisor Nicole and Erica kept me informed and what was happening to car. No loud noises from A/C unit anymore. Another repaired done well. Thank you Jones Ford Auto.

Service department very disorganized : ( Brought our truck in for a simple oil change. Drop off was fine but pick up was an absolute mess. Jared was busy so handed us off to a guy who didn't even work at the check in/out desk and who was also busy on the phone in some side office where several workers were there just sitting around. Two gals that were not busy, one who was willing to check us out but guy we were handed off to didn't want to give her the paperwork?? I bought two cars from them, sales staff was decent. The service department is a joke. One of the cars needed transmission repair and they left the radiator fan unplugged and it overheated instantly. They never returned calls after I told them what happened And left me stranded. Luckily I'm not an idiot and know how to plug an essential cooling fan into the power source.
