Incompetent service. Terrible communication. I made multiple calls to schedule an appointment to get a pre-collision sensor fixed on a 2026 Ford Transit and an oil change. After multiple attempts without any return call, I finally drove there to make an appointment. I should’ve realized this was a red flag. They said it would require a day, but it was there for two days and nothing was done. Also, they had told me they had loaner/rental cars available, which I later learned was a lie. Incompetent service. Terrible communication. I made multiple calls to schedule an appointment to get a pre-collision sensor fixed or recalibrated, as well as get the AC looked at and get an oil change on a 2026 Ford Transit. After multiple attempts, I finally drove there to make an appointment. I should’ve realized this was a red flag at the time. Brought my car here for an inspection and was told no test drive would be done. they took my car out anyway without asking or telling me. the service advisor left early, didn’t answer messages, and nobody cared to follow up. when I complained, the manager admitted they messed up but tried to brush it off. this place has zero communication and no respect for customers or their cars. take your business somewhere else unless you like being ignored and lied to.

Took our car in for warranty on the ac compressor. They claimed it did not have warranty(it does) and quoted us for an aftermarket compressor plus labor because the compressor was back ordered. We decided to pick it up and take it to San Tan Ford. Jones service department took off the ac compressor, wrapped the lines with rags and never put the compressor back on.
