I will start with the positive. Dr. Jones and his assistant were good with me and treated me with respect. There might have been new people hired at the front desk since then, I don't know. But I found the front office staff uninterested and not the most helpful. They took my insurance information and did not even submit the claim of my visit to my insurance.
