I extended the one star to a two star review because previously we had a good experience. However, when trying to get seen, they stated my insurance showed online as in "grace period". They gave me a number to contact. The payment is automatically debited and was in process / pending for the date of service. The insurance said to have JFMC call them and they would verify it was okay to treat. JFMC refused and required payment upfront. It was just a phone call. Insurance processing is a joke. Absolutely unhelpful. Would drive to Hattiesburg to avoid.
My nurse and Doctor Jefferson are the best I have ever been treated by. I was in terrible pain at 1 and when 6:30 came I felt better than I have in a long. Thank you so much.
Years ago I was reciveing my medican for Pain and ADHD. I also have generalized anxiety and panic attacks PTSD I ask in a polite way once and twice for medication for it that I had been on it for for years the last time I was being seen I didn't ask for it it the nurse started a conversation and it came up about the medicine the NP came in and never gave me a chance to explain what the conversation was about and as rude as anyone could be told me not to come back which being in a medical professional it floored me as I read ... read more
