If I could give this facility 0 stars I absolutely would. My daughter is 23 and still on our insurance as she is in college. She suffers from seasonal allergies and occasional ear infections. She has visited this facility on many occasions for care. Despite being an in network provider, they always require her to pay her bill upfront before receiving medical care. I extended the one star to a two star review because previously we had a good experience. However, when trying to get seen, they stated my insurance showed online as in "grace period". They gave me a number to contact. The payment is automatically debited and was in process / pending for the date of service. The insurance said to have JFMC call them and they would verify it was okay to treat. JFMC refused and required payment upfront. It was just a phone call. Insurance processing is a joke. Absolutely unhelpful. Would drive to Hattiesburg to avoid.
My nurse and Doctor Jefferson are the best I have ever been treated by. I was in terrible pain at 1 and when 6:30 came I felt better than I have in a long. Thank you so much.
