These guys are great. Very helpful, they explain everything, help you pick out what style looks best on your face. If you have problems they help you fix them or give you options. I have a family of 8, and 6 of us wear glasses and/or contacts. We also have a daughter with special needs and they are so great with her! Great with all my kids from very young to adult age. I was very happy with my initial service I got with them. Emily i think her name was is amazing a true asset to the company. I have had glasses for over 30 years. In the last 10 years I have never scratched a lens. This time I accidently did and when I went in for the warranty placement. The woman that helped me was beyond rude she talked to me like I was child and treated me like this was the first set of glasses I ever had.
