I originally became a chiropractor because I wanted to help others the same way I was helped when I was younger. It wasn't until a couple years in practice that I had a patient tell me that because of my office "she was able to play with her grandkids again!" This is why I love what I do. I not only get to help people feel better and get healthy, but I am also affecting everyone

Dr. Jones is second to none when it comes to Chiropractic care in the area. I have never had a dr explain everything so thoroughly to me before. Let alone take X-rays before starting treatment. I am confident in the care I am receiving from Dr. Jones, his knowledge, & abilities. He takes his time to explain every step of the process. His staff is great as well. The office is so welcoming, and sometimes can be busy. Which is understandable when you’re getting such quality care, everyone wants in!
This guy is out for money. I've been to many chiropractors in my life but I have never had one make over to pages of appointments.their musst have been almost 40. He charges for almost every adjustment. If u value your money go to Breidel sports medicine in Onalaska or Lacrosse. My bill was tottaly covered and they told me excersizes that I should do for free. He was going to carhe me for that too. I would have given him a zero if I could

We're sorry there must have been some clear confusion with the services you received at the clinic. We approach each patient on an individual basis. We perform a thorough consultation, exam and xrays to determine what all needs to be done for care in an easy to understand format. In this case, we went over a plan to get Richard better (1 page) and explained insurance covers everything but a small amount. Richard began care, but never paid for what insurance didn't cover.
