I have had back surgery and both shoulder surgeries. I have worked with Heather where she works hard to stretch my whole body on a table that they can strap you down. From what I started with a few weeks ago to what I am today is nothing short of miraculous! We should’ve done “before and after” pictures of my stretching! My body feels so much better!
