Jones plumbing came out to look at the water issue in our basement. They scheduled a date and gave us a quote. They randomly called week later and said they could come that day, gave us a different higher quote, and before we could confirm, told us they couldn't even do the job. They never called back or never showed up.

We have utilized the services of Jones Plumbing twice in the past year and both times they exceeded our expectations. They were quick and professional with assessing the problem, providing a quote and then doing the repairs - one of which was replacing a water heater. Their customer service is exceptional and I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Jones Excavating & Plumbing has always been there for me! They have done several projects over the years and with all of them, they are done well and on time. Even in an emergency, they make it a priority to take care of it. I have had them build the pad for the horse barn, do all the plumbing in it, (waterers, hot water for the wash stall, a hot water heater) they also came out for private locates and a water line repair. I called for an estimate on a kitchen sink & garage disposal install. They came out that same day, quoted a price (very affordable ) and completed the job on the spot!! They did a great job!

This company is fantastic. They excavated and installed our auto horse waterers and did an excellent job. They also are great plumbers and are prompt and efficient.
