If I could give him 0 stars I would. This guy is an absolute scam. He said I had to buy a brand new system (which I didn’t) and when it came to installing the system, he had no idea what he was doing. He put a very cheap tape around my inside unit, barely keeping it up. And he cut off pieces of the unit that belonged there and tried to force the pipes to connect manually.
