0/5 Stars I had an appointment this morning at 10 AM. I arrived at the facility at 9:50. Nobody was there. The building looks shut down. No cars were in the parking lot. I called them about 10 times and left a message. He did not return my call until about 10:20 letting me know that he was there five minutes till 10 and I let him know that wasn’t true and that I took a picture of the time that I was there and I came all the way from Cincinnati, waste of gas waste of time, and he was very rude. Told me right iff the bat,rudely i may add,Zyou will do time. I told him what happened about illegal search etc he sais he will not even ask for body camera footage. Its like oh you did that so i dont like you so this is all im going to do for you. End of story. Ugh
-5 Stars My friend's husband was extradited to Ripley County jail from out of state, and this firm was appointed to him. When she tried to contact them and failed, she asked that I go in in person. I went in and asked them that they contact her to let her know what was going on with his case because even her husband didn't know what was going on. When I told him who the inmate was, he said, "yea, he doesn't have a chance...". Um WHAT?!?!?! I don't care if you believe that you "client" is guilty or not. When you are desperate... read more
