The staff is respectful, especially the people at the gate; they’re so friendly. They have overnight parking and the place is good. But the problem is that they promised me, before I went, that I could make the delivery earlier. However, when I arrived, they said no and changed their minds, keeping me waiting until the next day. I got there at 11 PM and didn’t get the appointment until 5 PM the following day, even though I had called and asked for an early arrival and they said it was fine.
