I visited Jones Creek Cafe yesterday (Sunday approximately 12:30 pm) with my wife, daughter and two grandchildren. Waitress was nice but was slow to attend our table, we were never offered drink refills. We waited at least 20 minutes after were were finished eating before we got our check after having to ask for it. Later found out they were understaffed so not entirely her fault but I still hold the restaurant responsible. I found it odd we had to ask for salt and pepper. NEED AC FIXED ASAP ITS MISERABLE INSIDE THIS RESTAURANT. Id give the Atmosphere zero stars if i could due to it being so hot inside.The ladies who host and handles the to go orders were sooo nice and helpful!! Overall food was good and service was amazing! I reccomend the fried catfish platter!!!! UPDATE: Jun 20 2025. The girls in the front are amazing as usual and we usually goto this restaurant weekly but currently the interior of this restaurant is way too hot!!
