Took 3 tries to fix my dad’s furnace. I met 5 different service technicians until the last one could fix the motor.
I’ve been using Jones Contracting for my HVAC annual checkups ever since I bought my house. Recently my furnace was about to go out and they came the next day for an estimate for a new furnace, as I knew it needed replaced. They were able to get a new one installed very fast, within just a few business days and their guys were right on time and got the new one in quickly and it has been working fantastic!
Needed a 2nd opinion from Jones contracting on our furnace not working. On a -10 degree with windchill night and day. Mike got Jody out right away to diagnose. We had worst case scenario, furnace heat exchanger was toast. Within 1 day, the next day, he had a crew out to rip out the old and in with the new! Yesterday evening during a heavy rain storm our sump pump went out. We were able to reach Jones Contracting for assistance. They sent Kasey out after hours who helped diagnose our faulty sump pump and replace it for us, well after 8/9pm on a random Tuesday. He replaced it just before the next heavy rainfall to ensure our basement didn't flood. Kasey was very friendly, professional, experienced, and quick. Tried to get heat duct repaired in a rental for months, never showed up to do the work as promised. Switched to flow tech. They came out in a few days and repaired the ducts for me. Was very disappointed in jones after all the previous work they had done for me.
