Yesterday evening during a heavy rain storm our sump pump went out. We were able to reach Jones Contracting for assistance. They sent Kasey out after hours who helped diagnose our faulty sump pump and replace it for us, well after 8/9pm on a random Tuesday. He replaced it just before the next heavy rainfall to ensure our basement didn't flood. Kasey was very friendly, professional, experienced, and quick. Tried to get heat duct repaired in a rental for months, never showed up to do the work as promised. Switched to flow tech. They came out in a few days and repaired the ducts for me. Was very disappointed in jones after all the previous work they had done for me.
We have used Jones twice now and have not been disappointed. Very honest and friendly staff, and very exceptional prices! I will never use anyone else again except them!
We had Jones Contracting install a mini-split at our house in Wabash. They did a great job, were very professional and courteous, and communicated very well. I would definitely use them again!
We have dealt with a drain nightmare ever since buying our home 2 years ago. We used another company who kept "guessing" about our problem and telling us we need to do this and that to the point where we spent thousands!!!!!!
