these people are THIEVES!!!! They shut down the shop and are keeping everyone's car there. without any contact nor any sign of giving the property back.
Why the hell would you close down your business and not tell anyone especially when you still have their vehicle and their only key! I have been trying to get you just to talk to me, I have had to resort to making this public since you will not respond.
Terrible customer service!!!! Zero accountability, owner is very unprofessional and threatening. Beware!
**UPDATE*** 6/6/18 Still no car. I’ve had to buy another one in order to stop spending money on uber. Andre Jones has had the NERVE to ask me to hand over my car title to the Sonata because “I said I don’t want it anymore” since I have a new car. He is literally asking me to sign over my car to him FOR FREE. I obviously refused, then they said I still have to pay for the “work” they’ve done. They have done NO WORK whatsoever on the Sonata. Absolutely the best car repair service around. These folks love what they do and want to share that passion with you!!! They always go the extra mile to provide the best service.
I cannot truly explain just how grateful I am. I came in here last year for the first time after another place was trying to rip me off. They were up selling me and Jones set me straight. I saved a lot of money! Today I thought I had a fuel pump issue. Autozone's code reader said so. They could have easily taken advantage of that, but instead were honest and up front. It was just sensors. Again, they saved me a lot of money!
Great place and wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend
