Not recommending JJ Jones broker! Ethic is not really a priority for her. She will accept your offers on behalf of the seller and then never return your offer signed as meantime she is using it to get better offer and come back couple of hours later to tell you she got better offer! Off course she does all communications by phone to leave no trace of her fraudulent practice! Ms Jones, in case you do not know what I am referring to, please look up my name with the offer you received and discussed lately...
We purchased our what we assume to be our forever home in Cape Coral, turned out to be the absolute worse experience in our life. This was the 3rd home we purchased. It was worse than selling our last one through Keller Williams.
