A/C went down Sunday afternoon, called JCC left message. Call returned within 15 minutes, informed tech would be out Monday morning. Tech Charles B. was on point first thing in the morning. Had system back up and running in no time. Charles is always polite and punctual. Leaves work site neat and orderly when job is complete. Explains what the issue(s) are and course of action correct/repair. Have received great service from JCC for over 10 years and will continue to do buisness with them. Great Company.

Kevin was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! Excellent service and I couldn’t be happier! Kevin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough.
