Jones Climate Control installed our a/c and heating system. This is the second service we’ve had after installation and everything was great. The employees are wonderful and professional. I had them service our hot water heater this time because the company that installed it wouldn’t preform the “free” 1st maintenance service. Now, I will only have Jones Climate Control service my heating/cooling systems and hot water heater. Excellent service, people and pricing.
My service technician was Johnnie Cone. He showed up on time and I actually received a text showing where he was on the map, which was really nice. He tested my AC and the capacitor was bad. He was a very nice guy and explained everything to me in detail. My AC is up and running again and I’m very pleased. I’ll definitely use them again if I need any more work done.
Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the area was cleaned up. I will definitely use JCC again.
