Sales staff is rude and doesnt follow through with their promises once they get you to sign the contract. Ian my salesman doesnt want to follow through with simple tasks like forwarding messages to sales managers. Doesnt matter though. When going through the switch board and leaving messages on sales managers voice-mail they dont call back either.
