Have warrantee and routine service done at Jones and Quick Lane on F150 and Jeep. Always pleased with staff, service and completed work.

I bought a 2015 Rubicon at Jones in April and went in for service today. Tim in sales and Shawn in service are the best! Thank you.
They talk about customer service, when in fact they have very poor customer service. Bought a vehicle from them and have had issues with them not returning phone calls, trying to get the necessary paper work from them is a nightmare. Will not buy another vehicle from them nor will i recommend them to my friends or family.

Attn: Service Manager Just wanted to let you know that you have a real angel who works as a service writer in your service department. Tabatha went way beyond the call of duty making sure that our daughter was taken care of when she had car trouble on her way to Vegas. I know we won't get a CSI survey as this is a used car but if I did I would give her excellent in every category.
