Great sales department but the service department is extremely poor! I have a warranty issue on a vehicle I just purchased from them last month. Its a very noisy air leak on a passenger door. It's been in their shop 3 times now for the same problem. Today they installed all new door seals and assured me the leak was gone when they test drove it. Within 5 minutes on the freeway, I heard the same leak just as loud as ever. I don't like being lied to and will be taking it to a more professional shop for the repairs! What a joke... read more

My husband and I just bought our 3rd vehicle from Jones Ford... We were fortunate to have met Salesman Dave Fraiberg, who has become "Our Salesman" He walks you through all the steps, with no pressure. Thank you Dave. Boy he knows his stuff. He then brought us to one of their Finance Managers Steven Hill... Wow, he didn't give up until he got us the best possible rate, he was relentless. Thank you Steve. We purchased a new 2016 Town and Country mini van yesterday. Erica Slone was our sales consultant. We loved the no haggle price and exceptional 5 star customer service . We never felt pressure to purchase and walked away feeling like we were family. The best part was it only took a couple of hours . Did you hear that ? It didn't take all day !!!! We have purchased three vehicles from The Jones Group and have nothing but positive things to say. We have them maintain our vehicles and very nice to be able to drive in, give them the keys and be able to tell them to do what needs to be done and know that they will not try to sell us service that is not necessary. The vehicle condition report they give us is great so we can plan what service will be needed the next time in or down the road. 5 Stars to this organization!
