I was in desperate need of an EV charge for my Mach-E at the tail end of a long road trip. I can’t say enough good things about Rimmel Narsi, who is the Service Advisor at Jones Auto Group in Wickenburg, Arizona. I had my 2022 Jeep Gladiator towed in just before closing about two weeks ago with a strange and frustrating issue — the fuel pump system would suddenly stop working after about 100 miles of driving.
