I am confused on the reviews. My experience today was horrible. I called to get clarification on a part. The error was with the store. The service manager "grill master" he said, told me to never call back again as I was not their customer. I am a customer. I may not be paying you directly but I am a paying customer. I plan to share my experience with all vendors in the multi family industry. Do better!
I had a great experience at this HVAC supply store. Jeff at the front went above and beyond to help me, explaining everything I needed and even offering helpful referrals. I originally came in to purchase tools for my nephew starting off in this trade, but Jeff’s kindness and knowledge made the visit even better.
