This was my first experience with Jones Carpet Care. I had been with using another company for years, but the quality had been slipping. As a matter of fact they had just done my carpet days before, and I was so disappointed in the result. I wanted to cry. I decided to give JCC a chance. They are very knowledgeable and care about their job. Q got the smell out of the carpet that's been there for years. Plus, it looks brand new. He referred me to Mr.Joe to replace the padding and both prices for the padding and carpet cleaning services are a decent price.
