They are very knowledgeable and care about their job. Q got the smell out of the carpet that's been there for years. Plus, it looks brand new. He referred me to Mr.Joe to replace the padding and both prices for the padding and carpet cleaning services are a decent price.
Q is very polite and did a wonderful job! My 20+ year old couches look like new again!
